The Automatic Payment Receipt feature allows schools to automatically send a receipt to students every time a payment is successfully processed. This is especially helpful for families who need regular documentation for their records. Once enabled on the student’s profile, the system will email a receipt after each transaction—saving time and improving communication.

This setting is applied on a per-student basis and must be enabled manually.

      Step 1: Go to the student’s profile

      Step 2: Click the Edit button

      Step 3: Scroll down to the Other Information section and check the box that says “Send Billing Payment Receipt”

       Step 4: Click Save to apply the changes

  • Receipts will only be sent for successful charges processed through the system.
