Email templates are the key to getting your school on the right track. Whether it's communicating to individual students/leads or using the "Send" tab to send school-wide email campaigns, email templates are a big part of an effective GB School. Use this information to help you navigate, view, edit, existing email templates, and/or create new ones.

1. Navigate to the Datastore:
- Navigate to the "Settings" section of your software. (Found in the 3x3 grid menu icon in the upper right corner).
- Select 'Settings' from the Members Main Menu (3x3 grid icon, upper right)
- Click on “Datastore” in the left-hand menu
- Select “Email Templates” from the menu


2. Review existing Email Template Records:
- Click the magnifying glass icon to populate the existing records.
- You can click on the item or, from the 3 dots in the right hand side, select to view or edit.

3. Create new Email Template Records:
- Select the "New Record" button in the upper right.
- Name your template and determine the category: Lead, Member, Men, Women, etc.
- Choose your email subject - the first thing that will be seen.
- Design your email by choosing the design blocks and content elements.
- Don't forget to scroll to the bottom and press "Submit".
