1. Verify Email Templates
Follow the steps below to ensure your email communicates the correct information.
Navigate to the Datastore:
- Select 'Settings' from the Members Menu (3x3 grid icon, upper right)
- Select 'Datastore' from the left menu
- Scroll Down to find "Email Templates" and click it
- Use the search bar and type "on create'' to see the available templates
Note: You can now edit Email Templates directly when editing Journey Triggers. View this help article to learn more

2. Verify Journey Triggers
A) Automatically send a Book trial link
*Used for OPTION #1 - Lead Collect Info - Integrate with JSON Code*
- Navigate to the "Home" section of your software. (Found in the 3x3 grid menu icon in the upper right corner).
- Click on “Settings” in the bottom left-hand corner
- Click on “Datastore” in the left-hand menu
- Select “Journey Triggers” from the menu
- You can use the search bar and search "on create"
- This will populate existing records, and you can find the right one to activate. Refer to the screenshot below:
B) Automatically send Waiver to complete
- Navigate to the "Home" section of your software. (Found in the 3x3 grid menu icon in the upper right corner).
- Click on “Settings” in the bottom left-hand corner
- Click on “Datastore” in the left-hand menu
- Select “Journey Triggers” from the menu
- Select the magnifying glass icon to populate the existing records.
- This Trigger should already be set up and activated for you.
