Get Tax Exemption with GB Wear
- Reach out to salestax@graciebarrawear.com. They will give directions on which forms need to be submitted and verify the tax documents.
- Once submitted via email to Salestax@graciebarrawear.com, they will contact GB Wear to confirm that all documents have been verified.
- Then, they add the tax exemption to the school company, and you can start shopping with your tax exemption. Immediately after, GB Wear will respond to sales tax and CC the school to confirm your account changes have been made.
1. Add an Item to your Inventory:

Click the “Pro Shop” tab in the menu at the top

Click “Record Stock” in the top right-hand corner

Search for the product by using the name of the product

When you’ve found the product you want to display in your inventory, click the size and number of products

Click “Add Stock”
2. How to add a Package:

Click on “Pro Shop” in the menu at the top

Click on “Add Product”

Select “Package” under “Product Type”

Add in the remaining information, including:

Is the product active or inactive
-
Display order
-
Display type
-
Name
-
SKU
-
Further information about the package
-
The products in the package
-
Price
-
Discount
-
What category does the product belong to
-
Click on “Apply” to save the product
3. Best Practices:
- How to sell to Non-Members? Create a placeholder Member or Lead.
- This allows you to track all sales.
- Ensure your dummy lead has a valid address (use the school's).
- Proceed with the checkout process and select your Dummy Lead or Member.
- Create a Child and Adults Quick Start Package with the most common products.
- Do this to easily track inventory and checkout with a bundled discount for new members.
- Example:
