1. Canceling a Membership

Description: Manually changing a student's status to cancel a membership doesn’t stop the billing process. This means that even after you change the status, the student might still get charged. 

Solution: Please submit a Bambora cancellation form to make sure billing is correctly stopped.

2. Freezing an Account

Description: Manually freezing a student's account doesn’t stop the billing. The student will still be charged if the correct form isn’t submitted. 

Solution: Use the designated form to freeze an account. This will ensure the billing is properly paused.

3. Canceling Additional Services

Description: Canceling a main membership doesn’t automatically cancel additional services. To stop the charges, each additional service needs to be canceled separately. 

Solution: Manually cancel each additional service in the software by clicking the “x” icon beside the specific service you want to remove, and make sure the cancellation is also processed in Bambora.

4. Family Billing Changes

Description: Manually removing a student from family billing doesn’t update the billing account. The family might still get charged for that student. 

Solution: Submit a billing changes form to update the billing system and remove the student correctly.

5. Entering Membership Prices

Description: Adding the "$" character when entering prices prevents updates from processing correctly. This can lead to incorrect billing amounts. 

Solution: Enter prices without the "$" character to ensure the system processes the changes correctly.
