How to | Change a Member's Status

2 min. readlast update: 08.04.2026

Updating a member's status in the GB Members CRM Software is essential for tracking active, frozen, or inactive members. Following the steps below, you can manually change a member's status without submitting a cancellation or freeze form.

Note: Manually changing a member's status in the GB Members CRM Software does NOT automatically update their billing account in Bambora. To ensure billing changes are correctly applied, you must always submit a Bambora Billing Form (Cancellation, Freeze or Billing Change Form) when adjusting a member’s billing status.
