1. Navigation
- Select 'Settings' from the Members Menu (3x3 grid icon, upper right)
2. Select "School Settings" from the left-hand menu
2. Make Changes
Review all of your school's information. Make changes to your school's phone number, website, Admin Fee, Taxes, and many more.
NOTE: If you would like to change your email, please contact support to request this through the live chat or by emailing us at northamerica@graciebarra.com.
If you need to change your physical address, you must first contact schooldev@graciebarra.com to ensure your new address is aligned with your franchise agreement and established location radius.
3. Verify Changes Completed
- The changes should be reflected within a few minutes. If you don't see updates reflected, hold shift and click refresh on your browsing window to perform a "hard refresh." You may also need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- If you requested to update your email, you will need to complete a new GMAIL "Watch"
- Log into your GB Members Software to confirm that the updates have been made.
- Complete a test by sending an email to yourself.
- Complete a test by reviewing your Website Widget.
Please note that when you change the tax amount in school settings, you must submit a billing change form for each member to put the new tax rate into effect.

4. Audit Previous Changes
Select "Settings Audit" in the upper right corner to view a history of the changes made.

Always double-check the information you update in the fields to ensure accuracy and avoid future discrepancies.
