Note: Members and leads cannot book these classes if you do not set a maximum student or trial limit.

3. Configuring Booking Options

  • Booking Cutoff Time:

    • You can specify a cutoff value (in hours) to control how far in advance students can book a class. For instance, to prevent bookings 6 days before a class set the cutoff value to 144 (24 hours x 6 days).

  • Class Status: When a class reaches its maximum capacity, it will display as “Class Full” on the calendar.

**Tip**

When setting up your Class Calendar, ensure a maximum number of students and trials is specified for each class. Without these limits, the booking options will not be visible to members or leads. Additionally, take advantage of the Booking Cutoff Time to control how far in advance students can book classes, ensuring better class attendance management.

Conclusion

With the Class Calendar, managing classes becomes simple and efficient. You can allow leads and students to book classes, customize booking rules, and track attendance to monitor student progression. Start using this feature today to enhance your school’s operations.
